We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel, and some MS Power BI knowledge. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring their performance, availability, and security.
• Develop and maintain MS Access databases, including designing and implementing new features to support the accounting/finance functions at Alpha Baking as well as other business units.
• Utilize Microsoft tools to support various IT functions and projects.
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SQL Server and MS Access.
• Some experience in MS Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of database management and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other database management systems and BI tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Knowledge of Powershell.
