Yard Manager
Description
This is a full-time, direct placement role at Advanced Fence & Gate.
We are looking for an organized motivated manager to run our storage yard. Duties and responsibilities include managing company inventory, pulling project materials, loading of installation crews.

Responsibilities
- Pull materials needed for projects
- Load all subcontractors
- Unloading of supplier deliveries
- Reviewing of work orders with foreman
- Forklift operation
- Inventory management
- Deliver materials to crews in the field
- Have a Valid Driver’s License
Work Location :
* Melrose Park Yard/Warehouse Location 3020 Division.
Benefits :
$20-$25/hr to start

Typical start time:
- 7AM
Typical end time:
- 3PM
Schedule :
Monday-Friday with some Saturday’s during peak season.
Requirements
- General Construction and lumber knowledge preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to perform in fast paced environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 80lbs frequently
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in English, Spanish would be a plus
- Detail orientated and highly organized
