Customer Service Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a travel agency located in downtown Chicago to hire a Tour Specialist.

The role involves converting client inquiries into bookings by upselling vacations and packages as well as providing customer service to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell add-ons.

• Most of the calls will be inbound (customers calling in already knowing they want to book something, must then sell them on the services)

• Update and maintain accurate customer records, including comprehensive notes to ensure high-quality service.

• Actively promote premium products and services while supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in retail, upselling, or sales

Logistics

• Compensation: $41,000 plus potential to earn commission
