Vice President - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee an innovative business development strategy to expand our client's reach in the hospice sector across multiple states.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and key stakeholders to enhance service offerings and market presence.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated business development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.

- Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, improving market share, and enhancing existing services.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and updates on business development initiatives and progress.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, specifically in hospice care.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and growing a team.

- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to strategize and execute plans that drive growth and improve market penetration.

- Communication Abilities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.

- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed across multiple states to support business development activities.
