Compensation

• Average annual pay per team: 176,000+
  • Base 76 CPM per team with an average of 5,000+ miles weekly
  • All miles paid
    • Bonuses:
      • Referral bonus: $1,200 ($100 a month up to 12 months)
      • Safety Bonus: 4 CPM 8+ MPG with no DOT violations or at fault accidents/incidents in the month
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Approximately out 3 weeks, home 4-5 days (longer if needed)
• Route: Run all 48
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight
  • Some drop and hook
  • Some live load and unload

Equipment

• 2024 or newer Volvo Freightliner with Sleepers
• Automatic
• Governed speed: 70 mph
• Outward facing camera only. No inward for teams at all!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations or any preventable accident/incident in the last year
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers must live within the following states: Nebraska, Florida, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Texas, Minnesota, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New York, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama
