You’ll be the go-to for shipment tracking and proactive communication, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor shipment movements from start to finish
• Keep shipment records accurate and up to date with comprehensive notes
• Communicate delays or issues to the right teams—fast
• Work hand-in-hand with field offices, agents, and carrier networks
• Jump in to resolve service disruptions with urgency and care
• Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
• Build and maintain trust with external partners

Domestic Customer Tracking Agent I Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in freight or logistics is a big plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with shipment tracking systems

Key Details:

• Compensation: $18-$20/HR
• Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision
• Location: Palatine IL
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
