Position Title: District Operations Director

Building Assignment: Maintenance Building

General Description Of Position

The Operations Director is responsible for the general supervision of District and Building Maintenance Staff. In collaboration with the Superintendent and building administrators, this individual develops and maintains a comprehensive plan for leadership as well as service to the District in the previously mentioned areas. The Director is also responsible for fostering a positive working environment with the staff as well as building administrators.

A track record of performing a wide variety of tasks at a high level of success.

Proven leadership skills and knowledge in the management of staff.

Strong interpersonal skills with certified and non-certified staff as well as community leaders.

Effective leadership skills in the supervision/ management of major projects or initiatives.

Proven oral and written communication skills

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month contract.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 based on background and experience.
