AM Front of House
Kasama is seeking a team member to join our high-volume, morning counter service. Hours are 36-40 hours a week, scheduled Wednesday–Sunday, 8am–4:30pm , with a flexible out‑time depending on daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and elevate the guest experience with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain, clean, and thoughtfully curate the space
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Run food and provide table maintenance
- Pack to‑go orders with precision and attention to detail
- Restock, organize, and assist with beverage batching and prep
- Set up and break down service stations with consistency and care
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love of hospitality and strong attention to detail
- Strong people skills and the ability to read a room, respond thoughtfully, and adapt to different guest needs
- Comfort working in a high ‑volume, fast ‑paced environment
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
- Initiative, reliability, and the ability to anticipate guest & team needs
- Barista experience is a plus, though not required

Our AM FOH team operates as a pool, sharing responsibilities and hourly rate + tips.
