Temporary Administrative Clerk
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Temporary Administrative Clerk to support an upcoming election initiative. In this role, you will assist with document processing, data entry, ballot handling, and scanning to ensure accurate and timely completion of critical administrative tasks.
Temporary Administrative Clerk Key Responsibilities:
• Process and sort returned ballots in accordance with established procedures
• Perform document scanning and ensure digital files are clear and complete
• Complete high-volume data entry and document proofing with strong attention to detail
• Review materials for accuracy and completeness prior to final submission
• Provide customer service support as needed while maintaining confidentiality
• Follow strict guidelines to ensure compliance with election protocols
Temporary Administrative Clerk Qualifications:
• Experience in data entry, clerical work, administrative support, or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to follow structured procedures and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate scanning and data systems
• Dependable and punctual
Schedule & Compensation:
This temporary opportunity supports an upcoming election project. Shifts may include weekdays and weekends based on business needs and individual availability, with full-day schedules.
Compensation: $17/hr
