Construction Project Manager
Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
