- Perform general construction, caulking, and sealant work
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with attention to detail
- Use hand tools and follow repair procedures safely
- Deliver high-quality service for our valued customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with hand tools and repair work
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Previous RV or construction experience a plus, but not required
