2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor . This position reports to the Operations Manager and will work in Litchfield

General Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for their respective shift
• Responsible for shipping results (fill rates, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, etc) for their respective shift
• Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Coaching, Training and Disciplining team members on policies, processes, and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs
• Responsible for warehouse time keeping and ensure compliance with HR Policies
• Partner with Lean resources to continually improve warehouse efficiencies

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's in a Business/Supply Chain related field preferred or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc)
• ERP/MRP experience required; Forth shift experience preferred
• Possess a customer centric focus
• Possess a strong bias for action
• Advocates and promotes safety focused work environment
• Possess good written communication skills
