Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. This role requires a strong commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials within the warehouse.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Read work orders, shipping documents, and labels accurately.
• Record data and complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain inventory control by counting, measuring, and tracking materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures at all times.
• Assist in packaging, material handling, and general labor tasks as needed.

Work Environment

This role operates within a manufacturing environment, where safety and precision are prioritized. The position involves working with warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.

This is a Contract position based out of Bolingbrook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
