We are seeking a Porter. This individual will perform routine maintenance around the location and help out with miscellaneous upkeep and report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including but not limited to:
• Bathrooms
• Gym
• All Common areas (Simulators, offices, lobby, etc.)
• Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles
• Garbage
• Cardboard
• Recyclable
• Laundry
• Member clothing
• Towels
• Minor maintenance and repairs
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed
• Repair doors, windows, sink fixtures and inspect areas for unsafe conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Previous guest experience preferred

Pay: $17/hr

Job Type: Full time or part time, non-exempt

Hours: Nights and weekends required
