I Am Actively Recruiting For a Well-known Suburban Firm Looking For a Commercial Litigation Attorney (Business/Franchise) To Join Their Team. The Right Type Of Candidate Will Have The Following

5+ years' experience practicing law in Illinois.
Experience in franchise law, corporate/transactional law, regulatory, or CES 10ks.
Experience handling deals and drafting corporate or franchise documents.
Excellent judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Great work and life balance.
Must be licensed in Illinois.
