- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing in Illinois
- 5–12+ years of experience in litigation, transactional, corporate, regulatory, or technology-related practice areas.
- Strong understanding of data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), tech regulations, or AI-related legal frameworks is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage matters independently and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
