Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple part-time positions are available in Lake in the Hills, Morton Grove, and Rockford, IL, each offering the chance to directly impact students’ growth and day-to-day success.

In these roles, you will work onsite within supportive educational environments, addressing the needs of diverse student populations. Each assignment offers a manageable caseload and flexible hours, allowing professionals to make a meaningful difference while maintaining work-life balance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current Illinois licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L)
• Experience within a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize caseloads independently
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt educational materials and classroom activities
• Document services, progress, and recommendations in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights on student progress and goals

Available Assignments:

• Lake in the Hills: 15 hours/week, supporting 20 students
• Morton Grove: 15 hours/week, supporting 20 students
• Rockford: 15 hours/week, caseload to be determined
