You will be working from prints, drawings, and instructions to perform builds. Prior experience with assembly definite plus. A strong work ethic and a passion to learn the field inside and out is absolutely required. The Tire Inserter / Assembler is responsible for assembling tire and wheel components according to production specifications and safety standards. This position involves operating tools and machinery to insert tires onto rims, inspect components, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insert tires onto wheels using manual or mechanical tools and ensure proper fit.
• Assemble tire/wheel combinations based on work orders or build sheets.
• Inspect tires, rims, and assemblies for defects, wear, or damage before and after assembly.
• Operate equipment such as tire presses, inflators, and torque wrenches safely and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Assist with inventory tracking and part replenishment as needed.
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or tire installation is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and mechanical assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to loud noise, machinery, and physical labor.
• May work in varying temperatures based on facility conditions.
• Team-based environment with fast-paced production timelines.
