Join Our Team
The Member Service Representative focuses on creating welcoming, clean, and safe experiences for pups and their parents (Members). Our MSRs are the face and voice of PUPS and the first experience our Members receive when calling or visiting our locations. They help connect our Members to all the wonderful services offered by PUPS Pet Club.
A few things to consider:
- Starting rate of pay is between $16.20 and $18 per hour; dependent on experience.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts/days is highly preferred; weekends and holidays is required
- Many team members are cross trained to work daycare attendant shifts; a love for pups is a must!

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and interacting with customers and PUPS Members in person, through digital communication, and over the phone; providing consultation and advisement for services and offerings.
- Proactively and professionally resolving customer and Member concerns; ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining business integrity.
- Maintaining schedule and reservation system (Gingr); managing and booking reservations for grooming, training, daycare appointments.
- Collecting and processing payments using the store point of sale system (Gingr/Clover).
- Assisting Pet Care Team; performing Daycare Attendant duties as assigned or as necessary.
Additional Details
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, and/or membership sales is required.
- Flexibility to regularly work weekends and at least 3 major holidays is required.
- Strong customer service skills, including attention to detail, communication, active listening, and genuine care and enthusiasm are required.
- Safety is critical for all team members and pets; ability to safely handle animals in various situations and environments is required.
