Status: Full time (temp-to-hire)

Location: Buda, IL (on-site)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Data & Systems Specialist to support our Technical Services Department by assisting with complex order processing into our ERP system (Aptean
Intuitive ERP), as well as business systems / process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded set of computer skills, be comfortable navigating complex part-code logic and possess strong organizational focus. While experience with Aptean
Intuitive ERP software and an understanding of basic manufacturing processes are a plus, they are not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Technical Services Department to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of job and part codes.

• Perform accurate and efficient data input of job and part details into the
  Aptean
  Intuitive ERP system.

• Assist with testing and optimization of CRM and ERP systems to enhance business processes.

• Support data cleanup initiatives, ensuring parts have correct and complete attributes assigned.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve data integrity.

• Assist with general business analyst tasks related to system improvements and workflow documentation.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Proficient typing skills and general computer proficiency.

• Experience or knowledge of programming or coding is strongly preferred (SQL, Python, etc).

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP systems; particularly Aptean-Intuitive ERP, preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with CRM systems; specifically for use with opportunity management and workflow automation,
  preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).

Pay: $18 -$22hr based on experience

Benefits- will be available once fully hired by Van-Packer Company (on day one).
