Senior Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete billing process from invoice generation to payment processing and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, addressing any discrepancies or issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
• Engage with clients to resolve billing inquiries, providing exceptional service and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing procedures and implement best practices

Senior Billing Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle billing experience
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring all financial transactions are handled with the utmost precision
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex billing issues clearly and professionally
