A full-time, on-site physical therapy position is available within a K-12 school setting in Elgin, IL. This role spans the entire school year, providing consistent support to students with diverse physical therapy needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both healthcare and school environments, ensuring prehensive care tailored to the educational context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessment, treatment, and consultation for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet students' physical needs
• Track and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary interventions
• Maintain pliance with school and healthcare regulations and standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials suitable for both healthcare and school settings
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments
• Strong munication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a school environment and manage a caseload effectively
