Escrow Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Escrow Specialist to support Wealth Operations within Domestic Trust Operations. This role is responsible for executing escrow-related money movement (escrow wires, funding/disbursements) along with broader cash processing and operational support tied to our law firm vertical. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where multi-million-dollar movements require urgency, precision, and strong internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute escrow wires and related funding/disbursement workflows in alignment with policy, controls, and service timelines.

· Perform daily cash processing activities (money movement, deposits, wires, ACH, internal transfers).

· Support operational intake through review of documentation, validation of instructions, and completion of required approvals/controls.

· Manage clearing accounts/DDAs related to cash movement; track and resolve exceptions.

· Partner with internal stakeholders (front office/wealth teams, operations partners, treasury/payment services) to ensure timely processing.

· Maintain strong audit/control hygiene: documentation, approvals, and proper handling of sensitive client instructions.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce rework/errors.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bank operations / wealth operations / trust operations with hands-on money movement responsibilities.

• Experience with Escrow accounts, wires, ACH, deposits, and day-to-day cash processing workflows.

• Exposure to multi-million-dollar cash movements and/or asset movement.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; comfortable handling time-sensitive work.

Ability to communicate clearly with internal partners and manage competing priorities.
