Are you a results-driven marketer with deep expertise in Medicare Advantage? Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Product Marketing Lead who is experienced with Medicare Advantage. As the?Lead, Medicare Advantage, you'll drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that support Humana's MA portfolio. You'll ensure our messaging is competitive, compliant, and member-focused-helping seniors make informed decisions about their health coverage.

Key Role Functions

• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and member insights to inform strategy

• Oversee campaign performance and optimization across channels

• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage marketing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Medicare Advantage

• Deep understanding of CMS regulations, Medicare enrollment periods, and member engagement strategies

• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, member insights, and campaign performance data

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing vendor relationships

• Master's degree or certification in Marketing or Business

• Experience in product marketing or sales enablement for Medicare plans

• Familiarity with member journey mapping and segmentation strategies

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing or campaign analytics?

Additional Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
