To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Associate to develop breakthrough, business-moving campaigns to promote our Group Medicare Advantage and Group Specialty plans. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands health insurance products and how to develop campaign strategies that deliver results in a fast-paced, and regulated environment.

This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners: Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of Humana's Product Marketing team, you will drive product marketing strategy across lines of business and member segments.

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Group MA and Group Specialty offerings.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, and Compliance teams to align messaging and materials with business goals.

• Assist in the creation of B2B and B2C content, including sales collateral, digital assets, and member communications.

• Monitor campaign performance and stakeholder feedback to inform improvements.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support positioning and differentiation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Business-to-Business or healthcare marketing.

• Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits, broker engagement, and group member communications.

• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, print, and event-based outreach.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Compliance, Brand and Creative.

• Excellent writing and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with CMS regulations and marketing compliance standards for Medicare Advantage and Specialty products.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

• Experience in Medicare Advantage, Group Specialty benefits, or employer-sponsored health plans.

• Background in broker marketing, employer engagement, or Business-to-Business sales enablement.

Additional Information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
