Marketing Operations Specialist
Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across national, regional, and local markets to drive brand consistency and business results. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing efforts with strategic goals by managing workflows, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on executor and detail-oriented project manager with experience in multi-unit or franchise-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various markets, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.
Partner with internal teams, agency partners, and franchise operators to support national promotions, regional activations, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
Adapt national campaigns for local relevance and support local store marketing (LSM) efforts.
Manage the development and distribution of marketing toolkits, creative assets, in-store signage, and promotional materials.
Coordinate workflows with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
Serve as a liaison to franchisees, providing guidance and support for localized marketing strategies and in-market activations.
Assist with the planning and implementation of grassroots marketing, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
Manage the deployment and updates of digital menu boards to ensure accuracy and promotional alignment.
Support digital marketing programs including CRM, loyalty initiatives, email marketing, and app content updates.
Oversee use of the social media deployment platform and contribute to local organic social strategies.
Collaborate with digital and technology teams to ensure smooth integration of campaigns across digital ordering and in-store platforms.
Maintain and optimize the asset library for brand consistency and ease of use.
Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and campaign calendars for franchisee engagement.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Monitor competitor activity and trends across key marketing channels.
Track marketing budgets and assist with invoice processing and vendor coordination.
Manage relationships with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure successful execution and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or field marketing, preferably in QSR, foodservice, or multi-unit retail.
Experience in franchise marketing or multi-location business models is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms including CRM systems, digital asset management, and campaign analytics tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with restaurant marketing programs such as loyalty initiatives, third-party delivery promotions, and digital menu updates.
Knowledge of local store marketing best practices and customer engagement strategies.
Experience with social media management tools and digital performance tracking platforms.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and marketing collaboration tools.
