Account receivable coordinator

Job Description

This construction services company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team and take ownership of collections and client communication. The role involves daily outreach to clients to confirm invoice receipt and approval, maintaining detailed collection notes, and preparing payment status updates. The coordinator will collaborate with Account Managers to resolve discrepancies, process payments and waivers, and support month-end reporting and trend analysis.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in their ability to manage AR tasks independently. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools are essential, and lien waiver experience is a must. QuickBooks familiarity and a proactive mindset will set candidates apart.
