About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will support more than sixty commercial office, care delivery and pharmaceutical facilities across the Western central United States. This role involves monitoring and reporting financial analytics, assisting with work order management, and ensuring accurate tracking and validation of all relevant documentation.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do:

Provide administrative support for over 60 operations across the Western United States, including administrative buildings, care delivery facilities, and pharmacies.

Prepare, review, and analyze reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for report generation, data tracking, and analytical purposes.

File work orders, proposals, departmental documents, purchase orders, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

Support financial processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.

Communicate with clients as necessary to address inquiries and provide updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient regional operations.

Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure proper implementation and adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.

Acknowledge client inquiries and process work orders accordingly.

Collect and compile information reports to assess performance and progress.

Follow provided instructions, drafts, and memos, and seek clarification when needed.

Respond professionally to routine inquiries or concerns from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $55,000 annually or $26.44 per hour and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $65,000 annually or $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
