Customer Service Representative – Patient Onboarding
LaSalle Network is hiring Customer Service Representatives!
LaSalle Network is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a patient onboarding initiative. In this remote role, you'll help guide patients through the transition to their new healthcare provider while delivering outstanding customer service over the phone. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and contributing to a positive patient experience.
What You'll Do
Place outbound calls to patients to support the onboarding process.
Guide patients through the transition to Synapse Health and explain next steps.
Answer patient questions while providing courteous, professional customer service.
Accurately document patient interactions and call outcomes in internal systems.
Maintain confidentiality and follow established policies and procedures.
Meet productivity and quality expectations in a structured call center environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous call center and/or customer service experience required.
Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience is preferred.
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
