Entry Level Insurance Agent
This is a remote position.
The Berlin Agency is seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing in a career-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss insurance needs
- Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with quotes, applications, renewals, and policy service
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
- Keep accurate records and meet agency performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to meet applicable licensing requirements
