Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Position Summary:As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department. Your role will be to ensure every customer has a seamless and professional experience, from scheduling service to the completion of work. We're looking for someone who is results-driven and focused on delivering high CSI scores through exceptional service. Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly and professionally * Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests * Communicate with technicians and relay findings and recommendations to customers * Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance * Promote additional services based on vehicle needs * Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service satisfaction * Help maintain and improve high CSI scores Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role * GM (General Motors) experience is preferred, but not required * Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (CSI) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance * AutoMate and XTime software experience a plus * Valid driver’s license What We Offer: * Competitive pay with bonus opportunities * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and development * Supportive and team-oriented environment Join the Advantage Chevrolet Bridgeview family and help us drive customer satisfaction to the next level.
