Talent Acquisition Reporting Data Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Build, maintain, and deliver TA reporting and dashboards (e.g., time to fill,
pipeline health, funnel conversion, offer metrics).
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ATS and related systems.
Partner with TA leadership, HR, and HRIS to define and standardize reporting
requirements and metrics.
Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and
translate into clear insights.
Support req prioritization, workload visibility, and performance tracking
through data
Create ad hoc reporting for leadership, including executive‑level summaries
and insights
Partner with systems teams to improve data capture, workflows, and reporting
capabilities
Support vendor oversight by tracking performance, SLAs, and outcomes Skills
