We are currently hiring for 2nd shift:

• 2nd Shift 40 to 45 hours Monday through Friday 4:30pm to 2am
• Shift hours base work volume and needs per week.
• Pay - $18.00-20.50 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
• Receive, label, and ship raw materials and finished goods
• Accurately maintain shipping and receiving logs
• Pick, pack, wrap, and label products for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
• Assist with staging materials and truck loads
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a forklift written and driving test administered by JTM Foods
• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout a 12-hour shift
• Capable of repetitive hand, arm, and back motions
• Must be comfortable operating hoists and warehouse equipment

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), and warehouse tools
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hairnets, earplugs, bump hats, etc. provided
