We are now hiring a Top Driver Recruiting Specialist who is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, primarily focusing on attracting and retaining quality talent for our trucking operations. This position will offer flexibility to contribute to company marketing projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals, to hire potential CDL-A OTR drivers.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified drivers and administrative staff for Quality Wheels.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation sourcing, driver screening, hiring, and retention.
• Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from application to offer.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with drivers.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and obtain all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the Quality Wheels team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Employer Branding: Enhance Quality Wheels' employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the trucking industry. (Social media, blog posts, and other marketing)
• Driver Relations: Serve as a point of contact for driver inquiries and concerns, developing driver relationships, and providing guidance and support on company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

• Marketing and Social Media Support: Contribute to company marketing and social media initiatives as needed, including content creation, campaign support, and employer branding efforts on digital platforms.
• Brand Development Projects: Assist with any new projects as they arise if needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Recruiter or in a similar role within the trucking industry. (Training provided for the right candidate.)
• In-depth knowledge of trucking regulations and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs & recruitment tools.
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with marketing and social media activities is a plus.

Working Conditions

This position will primarily be performed in an office environment at Quality Wheels' main office located in 1300 Remington Rd, Schaumburg IL from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Occasional travel to recruitment events or other company locations may be required.
