Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Summary:

The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides high-quality mail, print, and customer service support within a campus environment. This role is responsible for operating high-volume copying and document imaging equipment, managing inbound and outbound mail, assisting faculty, staff, and students, and maintaining office and equipment functionality. This is a customer-facing role, ideally suited for individuals with retail, restaurant, or service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and deliver inbound and outbound USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other accountable mail throughout the campus.
• Operate production copiers, binders, and various finishing equipment (training provided).
• Greet and assist walk-up customers with mail, printing, and copying requests.
• Ensure copier and document imaging equipment is functioning correctly; perform minor maintenance and report technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of print jobs, meters, service logs, and inventory of office supplies.
• Perform shipping and receiving of materials, including sorting and distributing mail and supplies.
• Prepare meeting rooms, conference rooms, and perform light building maintenance as required.
• Assist with filing, archiving, purging documents, and other administrative support duties.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; occasional use of carts or other equipment to move heavier items.
• Respond to service calls and assist customers with troubleshooting and operational support.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in copier and mail areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, or related service preferred).
• Some experience with copy, mail, or print services is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance may be required.
