Hardware Strength & Conditioning is looking for experienced, passionate Functional Fitness Coaches to join our team and community.

We’re more than just a gym, we’re a space built on community, accountability, and helping people become stronger both physically and mentally. Our members range from beginners to competitive athletes, and we take pride in meeting every athlete where they are.

Open Positions

We are currently hiring for two coaching roles:

1. Morning Coach

• Wednesdays – 6:00 AM & 7:00 AM

2. Evening Coach

• Tuesdays – 4:30 PM
• Wednesdays – 4:30 PM
• Fridays – 4:30 PM

Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience in:
• CrossFit or
• Olympic Weightlifting
• Must hold at least one of the following:
• CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1)
• USA Weightlifting Certification (USAW)
• Current CPR/AED Certification

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of movement mechanics and scaling options
• Ability to coach athletes of all levels (from beginners to experienced members)
• Confident leading group classes and managing class flow
• Positive energy and strong communication skills
• A coach who genuinely cares about helping members improve safely and effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, well-structured group classes
• Demonstrate and coach movements clearly and effectively
• Provide individualized feedback and corrections
• Ensure athlete safety and proper scaling
• Foster a supportive and inclusive class environment
• Build relationships with members and contribute to the community
