As a Fulfillment & Retail Specialist in our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will assist in-person customers with their retail shopping and efficiently and accurately gather, pack, and ship DIY craft supplies. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, possesses keen attention to detail, and can adapt seamlessly to the quick and lively pace of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive service and personalized interactions with customers in our retail store
• Execute order fulfillment and shipping processes with precision
• Utilize essential computer skills for order processing and shipping
• Multifaceted Support, including kit production, product assembly, stock management, inventory, and other projects
• Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes

Job Functions & Requirements:

• Create positive customer experiences face-to-face and through accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Safely lift and move up to 15 lbs, navigate a step ladder, and perform tasks requiring kneeling, stooping, and bending
• General computer skills
• Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with weekend availability
• Experience with crafts and cutting fabric is a bonus!
