Join ADVANCED MEDICAL CARE LTD as a Front Desk Medical Office team member, where you'll be the welcoming face of our healthcare services in Lake Zurich, IL. - Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
