What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• CDA or 6 ECE semester hours (or related field)
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Following weekly lesson plans based on Paper Beyond Learning.
• Support children’s play, exploration, and learning.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff.
• Design meaningful, age-appropriate classroom environments.
• Foster a positive, nurturing space that inspires a love for learning.
• Build teamwork and strong relationships.
• Track child development using assessments and observations.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends!

• Minimum 1 year of experience
