Responsibilities

Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

Prepare meals and assist with feeding

Perform light housekeeping & laundry

Offer medication reminders (we don’t administer medications)

Escort clients to appointments or errands

Support mobility & home safety

Follow individualized care plans & document activities

Observe and report changes in condition

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

• Must be over 18 years of age

Some Caregiving Experience Required (personal Or Professional)

This may include caring for a family member, friend, or previous client

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)

Must pass background screening

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

Preferred (Not Required)

CPR / First Aid Certification

Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility assistance

CNA or HHA certification

Qualifications

Experience providing home services to seniors, OR enrollment/completion of a nursing or CNA program

Ability to work independently

Excellent independent decision-making ability

Reliable Transportation to and Between Client Homes
