OverviewPrimarily accountable for retaining and expanding specific clients identified by local management, typically working on behalf of a Producer who developed a book of business that generates $1.5MM in annual revenue for Gallagher or more. Responsible for driving the overall client strategy in order to meet /exceed client expectations/growth goals and leveraging knowledge of the clients to manage this book of business, which includes renewals and growth of existing accounts.

About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. Appropriate licensing required (L&H) and ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred:- The ability to explain complex issues simply, whether in writing, over the phone, or in presentations.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
