Position Highlights:

• Position : Family Medicine Primary Care Physician
• Location: Northbrook, Illinois
• Full Time: 1.0 FTE
• Hours: 7am-6pm M-F and Saturday 7:30am-12p
• Share call responsibilities on a rotation basis with colleagues
• 4.5 hours on a Saturday rotation with the other providers. Currently every 6 weeks, but may adjust based on # of provider
• Pay Range : $222,369 (10th Percentile) - $356,709 (75th Percentile) - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.

The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

What you will need:

• License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
• Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

What you will do:

• Development of a clinical practice.
• A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in weekend and weekday call.
• Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
