Need an Installation Manager in Downers Grove, IL – 60515 its just 23 miles away from Chicago, IL

Description:

Responsible for the installation and connectivity of all system components including cloud and on-premise systems, telephony, IVR and ACD security equipment and networking equipment.

Experience:

Should meet or exceed the below:

1. (Five) 5 years of experience with Technology implementation and installations.

2. Experience with the installation and configuration of systems and network of a similar scope to the systems provided on this project.

Skills required:

1. Network, Firewall, End User support

2. System (AWS GovCloud)

3. SAP Rise NS2

4. AWS Commercial cloud

5. Salesforce

6. Snowflake

7. Q-Free ServiceNow

8. AIOps 2.0

9. Amazon Connect (IVR System) and peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode readers, and check readers) as part of installation and on-site support services.

Engagement terms:

• Location: Belvidere, Lake Forest, South Holland and Markham, IL. On-site supporting 4 locations.
• The main location is (Downers Grove, IL - 60515). The other locations are:

1. Belvidere Oasis (I-90)

2. Chicago Southland Lincoln Oasis (I-294/I-80)

3. Lake Forest Oasis (I-94)

4. Markham Customer Service Center (I-294)

Need a tech who can travel and support all the 4 locations. The travel expenses will be re-imbursed and Tech will need to have a car.

• Hourly rate on 1099: Open.
• Start date: Jan-Dec 2026
• Work Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm days 40 hrs. a week job
• Candidates should require having a Professional and general liability insurance that is typical of an independent contractor for 1099. It is quite cheap and easy to get this insurance.
• Duration: 1 year and it could be extended up to 7 years.
• 2 stage interview – MS Teams/Video followed by onsite interview.
• Must pass standard background investigation & drug screening
