We are in search of a proficient, reliable, and adaptable HVAC Installation Technician to become a valuable part of our team. The successful technician will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Compensation:

Maximize your earnings as an HVAC Installation Technician – up to $50 HR, plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Follow company policies and manufacturer’s specifications for installing HVAC equipment

· Proficient in low and high voltage wiring, brazing, soldering, and working with flex and sheet metal duct systems

· Safely connect gas lines to heating equipment

· Lift and handle items weighing up to 100lbs safely

· Work in challenging temperature conditions for extended periods

· Perform physical activities such as climbing, crouching, crawling, and kneeling repeatedly

· Conduct tests to ensure the proper function of HVAC systems

· Knowledgeable in various HVAC systems, including split, packaged, and hybrid configurations

· Familiar with commonly used brands such as SpacePak, Lennox, Amana, Crown, NTI, and Daikin

· Experienced with thermostats, including models from Honeywell and Ecobee

· Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
