Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional baking experience (Culinary/Pastry degree is preferred). Skills: Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Reliability: Must have reliable early-morning transportation for early morning shifts. Certifications & Physical Needs: * Valid ServSafe certification (Required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. A strong commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work every day. Compensation & Benefits
