Human Resources Generalist – Hoffman Estates, IL
$70,000 - $80,000/Annually (Plus full health benefits, PTO, 401k match)

• Act as a resource for employees, answering questions regarding payroll, benefits, etc. and creating a welcoming, supportive work environment.
• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, finding top talent, and seeing candidates through complete recruiting process.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding new hires to supporting employees to ensuring a smooth offboarding experience.
• Support professional development by coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning/development opportunities.
• Develop and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention company wide.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date, making sure that they reflect both legal requirements and our company values.
• Play an important role in developing the employee’s experience, ensuring that employees feel valued and rewarded.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in Microsoft Suite
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
