Structural Field Engineer

In this role, you’ll provide technical support and drive sales by partnering with designers and specifiers to solve complex challenges using Hilti solutions. You’ll secure commitments for specification or approval of Hilti engineered products, consult on innovative designs, and help customers build smarter, stronger, and more sustainably—while protecting projects with sound engineering judgment. This is where collaboration meets impact, and your expertise shapes the future of construction.

What You'll do

• Face to face, telephone, and electronic communication with territory salesperson, strategic business personnel, sales managers, contractors, designers, specifiers, or officials of codes and approvals

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree (technical or business) preferred
