Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments within the Intensive Care Unit in Grafton, Illinois. This role demands critical care proficiency in a dynamic environment at a facility that includes a Level III Trauma Center and Level II NICU. If you are a travel RN with a specialization in ICU, this opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in a challenging setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Manage ventilators, tracheostomy, and invasive lines including A-line, CVP, and Swann
• Oversight of drain/tube management, foley, and chest tubes
• Provide post-surgical recovery and post-cath care
• Coordinate care for patients with COVID, sepsis, stroke, and cardiac complications
• Utilize EPIC for charting and Pyxis for medication management

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience
• Experience with CRRT (NxStage) preferred
• Proficiency in general ICU skills: vent/trach management, invasive line care, and IV therapy
• N95 or PAPR and PPE compliance
