Inside Sales Associate POST NUMBER: 302031
Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customer relationships, sales operations, and commercial growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working directly with customers, collaborating across departments, and contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and outside sales representatives.
- Provide pricing, product information, production schedules, and shipping updates to customers.
- Coordinate with production teams to manage order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
- Partner with freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Maintain and update customer pricing information and records.
- Generate and distribute sales reporting and business data.
- Assist with customer return and material authorization processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
- ERP system experience is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel capabilities such as pivot tables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated professional with a customer-focused mindset and high level of professionalism.
