About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FI (Finance) and OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultants to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with periodic onsite visits to our client locations in Chicago or Atlanta as project needs arise.

The ideal candidates will have deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with hands‑on implementation experience. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Grow with SAP) will be considered a strong advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations in FI and/or OTC modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP systems to meet business needs.
• Participate in system testing, data migration, and user training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post go‑live.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience, including 2+ full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of FI (Financial Accounting) or OTC (Order‑to‑Cash) processes.
• Implementation experience of SAP S/4HANA (Preferably S/4 HANA Public Cloud)
• Experience of conducting Fit to Standard workshops and design solutions mitigating gaps and closely working and coordinating with both IT and Business Stakeholders holders.
• Hands‑on experience in configuration and supporting data migration, development team.
• Experience in business process mapping and system configuration.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Grow with SAP) solutions.
• Understanding of integration between Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain modules.
• SAP Certification(s) in S/4HANA or related modules.
